I’m Chris and like to rides bikes. I’ve been mountain biking since 2016 and have a great time staying fit. I started out with a GT Aggressor, shortly after that I bought a used Trek Fuel.
I mostly ride for fun, to stay fit and enjoy the outdoors. In may 2018 I entered a 33km race and had a ton of fun. Toward the end and actually, I got very tired and kind of confused, later I found out its called bonking.
Because of that, I started to research training and nutrition so I can improve on the bike.
I started this blog to document my mountain bike adventure.
